安心・安全な製品への取り組みEffort to safe and secured products
当社が取り扱う原料の主軸であるラクトフェリンは、オセアニアやヨーロッパより選定したメーカーの製品を、仕入れ前に分析試験を行い、品質規格に適合した製品を仕入れています。
当社の錠剤，カプセル剤，顆粒剤などの中間製品および最終製品の製造は、国内のGMP適合認定を受けた協力工場を中心に製造しています。GMP（Good Manufacturing Practice）とは、日本健康・栄養食品協会が厚生労働省の支援を受けた第三者認証制度で、原料の受入，製造，出荷までの各工程で安全に製造され、一定の品質が保たれるために必要な工程管理基準です。
この協力工場で製造された中間製品および最終製品は、協力工場のみではなく当社でも分析試験を行い確認しています。協力工場，当社，外部分析機関の各分析結果にて、品質規格に適合しているか総合的に判断し、適合した製品をお客様へお届けしています。
We purchase Lactoferrin, one of our main materials we handle, only which fits to our quality standard after examining selected suppliers in Oceania and Europe.
Manufacturing of our both intermediate or final products whether in the shape of tablet, capsule or granule, is mainly outsourced to manufacturer who obtains GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). GMP is third party quality certification system in Japan organized by Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association backed by Ministry of Health and Welfare checking if diet and health foods are produced safely with certain level of quality in each process such as purchase of raw materials, manufacturing and shipment, etc.
Either intermediate products or final products manufactured by those subcontract factories will not only be self-checked at shipment but also be checked in our side as well. Thus, all through 3 different parties, subcontracted factories, our company and third-party quality checking body, it is carefully checked if all the required quality standard fulfill well before reaching to final consumer.
